Can it record video?

The system is designed to capture inspection footage to a USB flash drive or Micro SD storage for review, reporting, and client documentation.

Is it waterproof?

It is being built for damp, dirty crawlspace inspection environments, but it should not be treated as a submersible robot. Final environmental guidance will be published with release materials.

How is it controlled?

The Scrutinizer is remote-controlled and uses a 10-inch live-view screen, onboard lighting, camera tilt, and a sub-1 GHz radio system for 300-400 ft control through walls and structure.

What are the current camera and battery specs?

The current target is 2304 x 1296 resolution, a 10-inch live-view screen, and about 2 hours of battery life from the DeWalt-compatible battery system.

What stage is the product in?

The Scrutinizer is in early access. Feedback from working professionals is shaping the final release configuration.
