Using a purpose-built crawler, we non-invasively inspect the critical systems beneath your home — HVAC, pier-and-beam foundation components, plumbing, and moisture conditions.

The Scrutinizer 3000 is a crawl space robot designed to go where people can’t — or shouldn’t.
Crawl spaces shouldn’t be ignored just because they’re uncomfortable, tight, or unsafe. The Scrutinizer was built to make the unseen visible without unnecessary risk or intrusion.
Equipped with live video, high-output lighting, and precision controls, the Scrutinizer 3000 allows for detailed visual inspections of crawl spaces while keeping people out of harm’s way.
